- Full-Time
- Sophomore
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Veterans or currently active reserve of the U.S. Military

Preference will be given to actively drilling members of any branch of the ready reserves (Navy Reserve, Amy/
Air National Guard, Amy Reserve, Marine Corps Reserve)

- The recipient must be a veteran who has served at least one year in full-time military
- service with the US Army. However, veterans who have served in the Navy or Air
- Force may be considered if a qualified US Army veteran cannot be selected
- Must be a Michigan Resident
- Demonstrate Need
- Minimum Cumulative GPA of 2.75
