Forms & Resources for International Students

Log into the new SVSU ISS Management System by clicking the button above. Then complete the steps listed, in order 1-3.

1. You will see the image shown below. You should then click on the "Log In with SSO" button.
2. Next screen: You will use your SVSU email username and password to log in for any request (e.g. I-20 Request, CPT, OPT, etc.)
3. Once your account has been created you may click “Start Request” and review all the forms for different requests there.

⏰IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please submit your request to the Office of International Programs (OIP) at least one week in advance. Do not wait until the last minute, as processing time may vary.
