Condensed International SOAR Orientation Schedule as of July 30, 2026 (subject to change)

Tuesday, August 25, 2026 - SOAR Orientation

• 8 am - 9 am: Check-in | Please arrive at Groening Commons no later than 8am bringing the following documents with you: Passport, Visa, I-94, Official Transcripts
• 9 am - 12:30 pm: Various schedule sessions including Campus Recreation, Community and Belonging, Student Life, and Career Services
• 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm: Lunch
• 1:15 pm - 2:15 pm: Various scheduled sessions including Campus Safety and Student Conduct and International Student Academic Panel
• 2:15 pm - 3:30 pm: Campus Tour
• 3:30 pm - Dismissal
• 5 pm - 7 pm: Grocery Shopping Opportunity

Wednesday, August 26, 2026 - International Services Program

• 8 am - 12 pm: Academic Advising and Registration
• 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch
• 2 pm - 2:30 pm: LewerMark Insurance
• 2:30-3 pm: Immigration Information
• 3 pm - 3:30 pm: Cultural Adjustment
• 3:30 pm - 5 pm: Student activities
• 5 pm - 7 pm: Grocery Shopping Opportunity
