The University Art Gallery accepts exhibition proposals year-round and plans exhibitions up to two years in advance. All submissions are considered for current and future exhibition seasons. Out-of-state and international artists may need to provide their own funding support. Applicants will receive an email confirming receipt of their submission along with an estimated response timeline. To be considered, entry packages must follow all submission guidelines. Indicating openness to multiple exhibition types may increase the likelihood of acceptance. Final decisions will be communicated by mail, email or phone.
