Welcome to the
Campus Mental Health and Wellness Center (MH&WC)

The Campus Mental Health and Wellness Center (MH&WC) is dedicated to addressing and improving the mental health of the Saginaw Valley State University student body through counseling, resources, groups and consultation.  Our staff provides free, confidential counseling using a short-term counseling to help students resolve or manage problems or make a desired change.

We offer:

  • Individual and group counseling
  • Emergency services and crisis intervention
  • Educational workshops, presentations and outreach
  • Faculty and staff consultation
  • Training for graduate students in the mental health professions

We Are Here to Help

The MH&WC is open during the pandemic and during office renovations.  Our services are mostly virtual due to these safety considerations and office construction.  We are currently offering students telehealth counseling, crisis support, and group services.

Please call our office at 989.964.7078 if you want to schedule an initial consultation.
