International Community Friend Program

The International Community Friend Program, previously known as the Friends & Family Program, was formed to extend hospitality to international students at SVSU. 

Over the years, this Program has facilitated many lasting friendships, promoted cultural exchange, and enabled international students to experience many beautiful Michigan attractions.

International students and community members (including SVSU faculty and staff) can access the sign-up form using the link below. Participation may range from special occasions (i.e. Thanksgiving) to weekly get-togethers.   

Please note that this program is designed to match students with community members. It is not designed to facilitate any type of residential ‘home-stay’ arrangements.
