The Office of Diversity Programs is pleased to present a Courageous Conversation with Justin Jones - Fosu, author of "The Inclusive Mindset" & "I Respectively Disagree: How to Have Difficult Conversations in a Divided World".

Justin Jones-Fosu, a highly sought-after business speaker, founder of workmeaningful.com, who authored several books presented  at the seminar organized by the Office of Diversity Programs on September 14th, 2023 between 9:00AM and 12:00PM. Justin is passionate about workplace engagement, diversity, inclusion and generally helping individuals achieve a meaningful work-life balance.

It was quite insightful and thought-provoking as Justin talked extensively about how to cultivate and nurture diversity in everyday life. He also highlighted the benefits and necessity of having difficult conversations in a multicultural work environment and diverse world at large. Staff, faculty and students in attendance also had the opportunity to rub minds and learn from one another’s experiences. Participants received autographed copies of his latest book “The Inclusive Mindset”.

Thereafter, Justin interacted with students in the classroom and shared his wealth of knowledge and experience regarding business, leadership and how to effectively manage diversity and foster inclusion in their interaction with other people.
