This interactive, research-based training equips employees with practical tools to navigate ethical challenges, align behaviors with institutional values, and contribute to a respectful and accountable workplace. Drawing on over 25 years of Human Resources and organizational leadership experience, this program blends academic rigor with real-world application to ensure meaningful and lasting impact.

Organizational Background

Tarsha Works Consulting (TWC) brings extensive expertise in Human Resources, startup environments, nonprofit organizations, and organizational leadership. With advanced academic credentials including a Master of Science in Labor & Industrial Relations and Human Resources and a Ph.D. in Human Organizational Behavior. TWC delivers evidence-based training solutions tailored to organizational needs.

 Scope of Services / Training Overview

TWC will deliver a 1-hour Workplace Ethics 101© training tailored to the higher education environment. The training includes: · Overview of foundational ethical principles · Exploration of workplace ethical challenges 3 · Scenario-based learning · Facilitated discussion and participant engagement

 Expected Outcomes and Organizational Impact

Participants will demonstrate improved ethical awareness and decision-making, improved ability to manage workplace dilemmas, and strengthened commitment to accountability and professionalism.
