Diane Boehm Writing Award for e-Portfolios

Two outstanding student e-portfolios of all types will be recognized and honored.

Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

  1. Presents student's capabilities in an engaging, professional and comprehensive manner
  2. Includes artifacts and documents that demonstrate deep learning appropriate to the student's class or chosen major
  3. Includes perceptive self-reflection
  4. Demonstrates creative use of multimedia
  5. Is easy to navigate and aesthetically effective based on the capabilities of the software or program

E-portfolios created  since Winter Semester 2018 are eligible for the 2019 award. Students can self-nominate (no faculty nomination is required). The deadline for all submissions is March 12, 2019. Awards will be given at the annual Writing Awards Reception in April 2019.

If you are a student, and you would like to submit an e-portfolio for the Boehm Awards, please  visit "Undergraduate Awards." Here, you will be asked to submit a letter describing your e-portfolio and include the link to the document online.
