Zahnow Library OER Mini-Grants

• What this is for: The intent of these mini-grants is to focus on overall course material (i.e. textbooks, workbooks, software, etc.) cost reduction for students, through the adoption of existing open educational resources. Typical projects will result in the replacement of an existing costly textbook or other course material(s) with a no-cost or low-cost alternative of similar quality.
• Who is eligible: SVSU faculty members, instructors, and/or adjunct faculty who make the switch to using open educational resources (OER) in their classrooms.
• Funding Available: Summer 2019
• Faculty who apply for this grant will be notified of approval status in May.
