Assessing Your Student Teacher Elementary Ed

Student teachers will be in either an 4, 8 or 12 week placement, depending on other grade bands or endorsements they are working towards.

  • For students in an 8 or 12 week placements, please complete this at about the half-way point. Discuss with the student, who will then upload for supervisor review.

  • This checklist includes the assessments that we would like for you to upload by the end of the semester. These are the Teaching Performance Rubric, Professional Dispositions Rubric, the Elementary Education Addendum, and the MDE Survey

Copies of Rubrics

You will submit final evaluations electronically using TK-20. You will be sent information on how to access TK-20. You will also be asked to complete a MDE Survey. We ask that you complete this. We do use your feedback to improve our programs.
