Workshops
The Writing Center offers several presentations designed to assist groups of up to 24 students on a variety of topics to help them improve their writing and succeed in their courses.
All presentations are held in the Writing Center (Zahnow 250) in the Writing Studio.

Introduction to the Writing Center
This presentation introduces students to the Writing Center, lists services the Center provides, and details how to book appointments. This presentation usually runs for about 20-30 minutes.

This presentation goes over the basics of MLA formatting. This presentation runs for about 20 minutes.
Writing Survival Tools
This is an interactive workshop where students can learn about and use useful tools in Word, Google Drive, and system settings.
