Riverfront Reservation Policy for Outside Organizations
All outside organizations wishing to reserve the SVSU Riverfront location are required to have an SVSU employee present for the duration of their event. All outside organizations wishing to reserve the SVSU Riverfront location must have an SVSU employee present for the entire duration of their event. The designated SVSU representative must remain on-site while the facility is in use..
In addition, reservation requests for the Riverfront location must be submitted by the SVSU representative on behalf of the outside organization. Requests made directly by non-SVSU groups cannot be processed.
