What is SVSU's role in GLBEC?

Although GLBEC is an outside entity to SVSU. SVSU plays a critical role in providing support to GLBEC. SVSU will provide monthly board meeting support and monthly club luncheon arrangements for the GLBEC. Board meeting support includes preparing items for board meetings, attending meetings to record minutes, and sending out email reminders and notices about board meetings. The club luncheon arrangements include contacting speakers, composing marketing materials, setting up luncheons, facilitating attendee reservations, and managing social media posts. SVSU will work with the Conference and Event Coordinators to set up the luncheons, including food orders, room reservations, and A/V arrangements.
