The Ascend Leadership Program is a cohort-based online learning initiative designed to prepare educational leaders for school leadership roles. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the Professional Standards for School Leaders and develop the skills to lead staff and stakeholders in fostering a shared vision of educational success. The program emphasizes equity, cultural responsiveness, and ethical leadership while equipping candidates with the knowledge to create positive school cultures and manage resources effectively for the success of all students and staff.
This program is designed for educators who are aspiring to become K-12 building principals. This program is aligned with the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC) standards and focuses on improving student achievement through organizational and instructional leadership.
