For those already in the teaching profession, we offer options to earn endorsements, renew certification, or pursue a master's degree. Additionally, our programs are designed to help administrators enhance their leadership skills, continuing our legacy of shaping the future of education.
This program is an ideal program for teachers wishing to specialize in Early Childhood (birth through kindergarten). Those who enroll in this program will have the opportunity to gain new ideas for current best practices in teaching young children and develop skills for reaching all students.
This online program is designed for working elementary or middle/secondary educators who have initial certification and want to become more effective literacy teachers in their own classrooms or aspire to a position as a Literacy/Reading Specialist.
This program is designed for educators who are aspiring to become K-12 building principals. This program is aligned with the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC) standards and focuses on improving student achievement through organizational and instructional leadership.
This is an ideal degree program for classroom teachers who wish to pursue teaching in the area of special education. In addition, those who enroll in this program will have the potential to build confidence in teaching, gain new ideas for current best practices of teaching, develop skills for reaching all students, and share ideas with other professionals in the field. This program is supported by highly qualified faculty who provide an excellent combination of theoretical and practical knowledge.
The Learning Systems and Design degree blends the fields of education, psychology, and communications to create effective teaching and learning tools. Our program goes beyond simply creating training materials, students learn to carefully consider how others learn and what materials and methods will help individuals achieve their academic or training goals.
The ASCEND Leadership Program is designed to elevate educational leaders by equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in school leadership. Through a dynamic, cohort-based online learning experience, participants will master the Professional Standards for School Leaders, cultivate a shared vision of success, and drive meaningful school improvement with a focus on equity and inclusion. Graduates will emerge as ethical, culturally responsive leaders, adept at fostering a positive school culture, managing resources effectively, and ensuring the academic success of all students.
Students can use what they learn in the classroom to teach any individual using modern innovative teaching methods. Whether it be in the classroom or in the workplace the graduates of this program will gain experience with how technology can be used when helping others learn the skills they need.
