The Pediatric Therapeutic Laboratory is available to all occupational Therapy, Kinesiology students.
The pediatric therapeutic laboratory is used to teach assessment and treatment of children with disabilities. The lab contains oversized swinging bolsters, nets, and platforms so students can use them to feel the effects of therapeutic techniques such as: stimulating reflex responses, providing sensory input to elicit motor responses, assessing and treating children who have high or low muscle tone.
