Graduate Payment Plans

Fall & Winter Payment Plan

• Graduate students may choose between a two (2) or five (5) payment plan option
• $50 enrollment fee

Spring & Summer Payment Plan

• Consists of 2 equal payments ending three weeks after the SVSU published payment due date
• $25 enrollment fee

How to Enroll in a Payment Plan

1. Log into MySVSU
2. Select Self-Service within the main navigation
3. Select Student Finance
4. Select Make a Payment
5. Select Enroll in a Payment Plan

Student Withdrawal or Payment Plan Account Termination

• The student is responsible for any account balance owed to the University
• The student is responsible for any collection costs
• The enrollment fee is non-refundable. All other refunds are made according to the University's Tuition and Fee Refund Policy 6.2-3.

Important Information

• The enrollment fee is non-refundable.
• Two (2) Payment Plan: Any payment plan from a previous semester must be paid in full before you can enroll in the two-payment plan for the next semester.
• Five (5) Payment Plan: For the Winter semester, only the enrollment fee is due at the time of enrollment. Because payment schedules may overlap between semesters, the remaining installment payments will follow the established payment schedule.
• Payment amounts are subject to recalculation after enrollment based on changes to your enrollment status, housing (if applicable), or financial aid.
• Payment reminders will be sent to the student’s SVSU email only; no paper bills will be issued.
• Enrollment in a payment plan is not automatic. Students must re-enroll each semester they wish to participate in the payment plan.
