Cards Trading Cards is a club where the SVSU community can trade Artist Trading Cards (ATC's) on a monthly basis.  Every month a prompt is given for members to follow when making their cards. The resulting one-of-a-kind handmade cards are then traded among members. It is a great way introduce new art styles into one’s repertoire and have fun while doing it.  Join and start trading today; before you know it you'll have a great collection of original works of art. CTC's meets once a month to trade in the cards and reveal the prompt for the next month.
What are Artist Trading Cards (ATC’s):
ATC's are 2.5" x 3.5" works of art. In this club, cards can be created with any wet or dry medium,
and they must original works, specifically created to be freely traded.Cards Trading Cards Logo

Although we are mostly comprised of art students; all students, of all majors at SVSU are welcome to join.  Being involved in our VAO will get you hands-on experience in the art field, and it is a great way to make personal, and professional connections. "Our organization was asked to assist with a Walk to End Alzheimer's the Saginaw Chapter, creating an art activity for all the participants last Fall.  We also collaborated with the history department in the Fall to create a memorial of the Berlin Wall for the ceremony of the anniversary of the deconstruction.  Currently, VAO is sponsoring BFA student, Garret Weslock, with his upcoming show in University Art Gallery. We have been working to help with his installation of ceramic pieces."    Devereaux Beauchaine, Founder/President, Valley Arts Organization
