Nancy Haddad Derleth is an accomplished attorney and advocate whose leadership is shaping the future of the legal profession in Michigan. She currently serves as an Associate Attorney at Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, practicing in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Her work spans complex commercial, employment, and real estate litigation, where she is recognized for her strategic insight and dedication to client advocacy. In 2025, Derleth was honored as a “Member to Watch” by the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, recognizing her rising influence and commitment to excellence in law.

Beyond her legal practice, Derleth has made a significant impact through her leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion. She currently serves as President of the Great Lakes Bay Chapter of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, where she champions the advancement of women in law and fosters a supportive professional network for women attorneys across the region. She is also an active member of the State Bar of Michigan, Saginaw Bar Association, Midland Bar Association, and National Arab American Bar Association.

Her commitment to service extends deeply into her community. She serves as Vice President of the Parish Council at St. Demetrios Orthodox Church, leading faith-based outreach and community engagement initiatives, and as an executive board member for Family and Children Services of Midland, where she supports programs that promote mental health, family wellness, and care for vulnerable populations.
