Visiting Campus is Easy — In-Person or Virtually

CAMPUS TOUR

Monday - Friday

During your in-person tour, you will visit academic buildings and student service offices relevant to you, including SVSU’s No. 1 ranked public university housing. You’ll also meet with an Admissions Representative to discuss financial aid, your intended major, the application process, student life, support services, and more. Note: this tour is also intended for Dual Enrollment and Early Middle College students.

Transfer-specific tours are available for students transferring from another college or university and are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays each week.

Welcome to SVSU After Dark! This is an event geared toward local students to learn more about Saginaw Valley. You will have the opportunity to join us for an evening of exploring SVSU, a university right in your back yard! During this event you will not only learn about the academic side of being a college student but what life looks like after classes conclude for the day! Come and join us an evening filled with Red Pride!

High school students — this is your chance to visit with over 40 colleges in one location!

Saginaw Valley State University will host representatives from colleges and universities throughout Michigan and beyond. Discover the possibilities and learn about financial aid, scholarships, career opportunities, academic programs of study, clubs and organizations, athletics and more!

In addition to meeting with college representatives there will be special sessions related to FAFSA.

THEATRE WORKSHOP & PERFORMANCE

Join us for an engaging evening on campus featuring interactive workshops, dinner, and a live theatre performance. Arrive early to explore campus during our optional tour time, then participate in two workshop sessions before enjoying dinner in the Marketplace. The evening concludes at Malcolm Field Theatre, where the curtain rises promptly at 7:30 p.m.
