Our students, professors and staff not only show up to games, we dress up, stand up, team up and rally up. Cardinals roar with pride for all 500 of our varsity athletes. Dedicated to promoting health awareness, a sense of community, and a lifelong appreciation for wellness.
Club Sports allows Cardinals to compete and grow their athletic passion at a collegiate level. Each Club is organized and maintained through student efforts, with support from faculty and staff. The success of individual Club Sports are directly attributed to the dedication and drive of its student leadership.

Over 2,000 students chose to participate in at least one campus recreational program last year from offerings such as Cardinal Fitness classes, Intramurals, Outside SVSU, personal training and health and wellness education.
