- Promote understanding and implementation of high-impact, evidence-based pedagogical practices designed to support student success.
- Equip faculty with the tools and strategies to innovate in evolving teaching environments, including online, hybrid, and AI-integrated classrooms.
- Support the campus teaching culture through sustained faculty communities, interdisciplinary collaboration, and recognition of teaching excellence.
- Serve as a campus leader in aligning pedagogy with student success priorities such as retention, belonging, and career readiness.
