Cardinal Fitness Events: February

NIRSA Game Day

When: February 21th, 5:00pm-8:00pm

Where: Campus Rec Courts

What: Cornhole tournament, three-legged race, pickleball tournament, raffle prizes, and more!

Galentine's Groove with Millie

When: February 11th, 5:00pm-5:45pm

Where: Aux Gym

What: Bring your friends and get a good dance workout in! Wear your favorite red and pink workout attire and enjoy soem Valentine's themed snacks while you move.

Galentine's Mat Pilates with Tori

When: February 13th, 10:00am-10:45am

Where: R244 

What: Join Tori for a Galantine's Pilates Themed Class. Snacks, self-care, and prizes will be provided with this class. Make sure to register to reserve a spot. If you have your own pilates mat, you are more than welcome to bring that as well!!

Yes! If you are a current student at SVSU, fitness classes are completely free!

If you are a member of the Ryder Center, but not a student, feel free to join us in classes after purchasing our "Non-Student Group Fitness Membership" by clicking the "Registration" button above. 


No, registration is not required; however, many of our classes do have an attendance cap. To ensure your spot in a class, click on the "registration" button above.
