What Type of Graduate Program or Certificate Can I Earn?

Doctoral – I am a student interested in pursuing the DNP program at SVSU and have already earned my BSN or MSN degree. 

Specialist – I am looking for an advanced degree in Education and have already earned a master’s degree.  

Master's – I am a student interested in pursuing a graduate program that provides a master’s degree upon completion.  In most cases, the minimum requirement for this degree is to have already earned a bachelor’s degree before the start of your graduate program, though some professional programs offer a 3+2 application. 

Teacher Certification – I am interested in obtaining initial certification to become a teacher OR I am already a certified teacher and I am looking to obtain an additional endorsement.

Certificate: Post-Graduate / Graduate – I am a student interested in taking courses in a unified area of study, but does not require a full degree.

Guest – I am currently enrolled in a graduate program at another school and am looking to take a course or two at SVSU. I will work with my home institution to discuss the eligibility of transfer credits. 

Post-baccalaureate – I am a student who has already earned my bachelor’s degree and am interested in taking a course or two at the graduate level.  I understand I will need to obtain instructor approval prior to graduate course registration.
