#IHeartSV Instagram Contest
February is here which means Valentine's Day is in sight and love is in the air! In partnership with Forever Red as part of their "I Heart SV" week, University Communications is sponsoring an Instagram challenge where you will have the opportunity to tell the world why YOU love SVSU.
How does this contest work?
- Snap a photo which you believe fits that corresponding day’s theme
See list below | Follow @svsucardinals Instagram for daily theme | - Post it to Instagram (by midnight) using the hashtag #WeLoveSVSU and tagging @svsucardinals
- Remember: We cannot see images if your Instagram settings are listed as private.
- After that, participants are automatically entered into the daily contest.
What's in it for you?
- Daily winner: $10 gift card to campus locations
- Grand prize winner: $25 to bookstore
- Your image highlighted on university social media accounts - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ - as well as other marketing outlets such as admissions viewbook and materials, presentations, etc...
- A great opportunity for you to share your experiences at SVSU, but also get to see others’ experiences and Red Pride as well.
Important notes:
- By using the hashtag #IHeartSV you acknowledge the right of Saginaw Valley State University to use your image in marketing promotions put out by the university.
- A winner will then be selected and posted on @svsucardinals at the end of each week!
- When posting, remember to use both the daily theme and #IHeartSV.
