Although the traditional format for the Showcase is not possible this year, there will be a virtual event on Friday, April 24. A Canvas page has been created to serve as a repository to display projects ranging from poster files, recorded presentations, power points, photographs, etc. Please upload your projects based on the guidelines (Virtual Student Showcase 2020 (438KB) ) and take some time to view the projects uploaded by others.
The university-wide SVSU Student Showcase is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of our students throughout all five colleges. This exciting occasion brings together our talented and motivated students from across campus to share their work with faculty, peers, and external audiences. No doubt, this event has the potential to become a proud Cardinal tradition to recognize achievement, inspire innovation, and promote collaboration.
The Student Showcase will be on the afternoon Friday, April 23, 2021 in Gilbertson Hall. The majority of students will be presenting their work in a poster format; however, there will be a diverse set of opportunities for students to gain experience presenting their work that will also include paper presentations and performances. The day will conclude with a key note speaker and faculty/student awards.
All students who have conducted a scholarly project are invited to participate in the event. Students will be asked to submit an electronic abstract of their work following a unified format in advance.
