The Charter Collaborative is pleased to offer Innovation Grant opportunities to support creative, high-impact initiatives that enhance teaching and learning within Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU) authorized public school academies.
The purpose of these awards is to support projects that demonstrate the use of innovative pedagogy to address an identified learning need as reflected in the academy’s Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP). Through these grants, The Charter Collaborative seeks to encourage innovative instructional practices, foster student achievement, and provide resources for initiatives that align with each academy’s educational mission and strategic priorities.
For the 2026–2027 school year, the following grant opportunities are available:
Grant proposals should clearly demonstrate innovation, alignment with the academy’s Continuous Improvement Plan, measurable outcomes, sustainability, and a meaningful benefit to students and the academy community.
The Charter Collaborative is committed to supporting innovative ideas that inspire excellence, strengthen educational opportunities, and advance the success of students across all SVSU-authorized academies.
