Web Operations is charged with setting standards and practices that protect and enhance the online reputation of SVSU. This is accomplished, in part, through a combination of technical instruction, practical hands-on practice and responsive customer support. Examples of this include teaching content contributors’ tips and techniques that enhance their skills in TerminalFour, improving user’s knowledge and understanding of institutional standards, goals and methods, working directly with user’s on special events, etc. Our team provides high-quality training and program-specific support for content contributors, moderators and power users of both svsu.edu as well as the my.SVSU.edu intranet environment.
