Saginaw Valley State University students concluded the academic year with two annual events celebrating their scholarly achievements. On Friday, April 25, SVSU hosted the annual SE&T Symposium and the SVSU Student Showcase.

The SE&T Symposium showcased the work from students and faculty in the College of Science, Engineering & Technology. Attendees were able to explore original research, design projects and specialized coursework through poster sessions and oral presentations. This year’s Symposium featured a range of disciplines, including biology, chemistry, environmental science and engineering.

The annual Student Showcase featured students from all five SVSU colleges, who shared their scholarly work in a variety of formats, including oral presentations, poster sessions and performances.

The SE&T Symposium and Student Showcase are Cardinal traditions that recognize student achievements, inspire innovation and promote collaboration.
