The Dean's Student Advisory Council (DSAC) is comprised of up to 17 student members who have an undergraduate major in the Scott L. Carmona College of Business or are pursuing a Masters in Business Administration. Additionally, members of the DSAC sit on one of three subcommittees to further pursue the strategic goals of the council.
Mission Statement
We seek to create a strategic balance between administration and the student body within the Scott L. Carmona College of Business by using the views of the students to help influence any changes or decisions to be made within the college. Furthermore, we hold ourselves accountable for providing valuable feedback and effective advice on matters brought forth by the Dean in order to provide a better experience for faculty, staff, and students of the Scott L. Carmona College of Business.
The Academic Achievement subcommittee is charged with enacting initiatives that improve the experiences of CCB students in the realm of academics.
The Student Success subcommittee is charged with facilitating the connections between individual CCB students as well as those students' connections to business faculty.
The Community Connections subcommittee is charged with providing the CCB student body with opportunities for networking and employment in the local area business community.
