NBA Milwaukee Bucks Inside Sales Training

Armed with a strong foundational knowledge of what it takes to recruit, train, develop, and support sales talent, the Bucks Leadership Team has led the organization to tremendous success leading up to and since opening Fiserv Forum. Prior to the Pandemic, the Bucks had become an industry leader in one-day, academy-style training. During COVID-19, the Buck’s Inside Sales Team offered The Milwaukee Way Sales Academy to various universities across the nation. Their mission is to share the process and lessons they put into practice every day to make the sports industry a more inclusive and healthier environment for the growth and development of its people.

Now that the world of professional sports has returned to business-as-usual, the Bucks playbook again be limited to a select few. Saginaw Valley State University was offered an exclusive opportunity to partner with the Bucks in hosting a two-day regional sales event. Student competitors received a full day of training and mock calls prior to participating in a day of competition.
