Master of Business Administration (MBA) Admission Requirements

SVSU's online MBA program offers a rolling application period, allowing students to apply throughout the year. Applicants can select to begin the program in either a Fall, Winter, or Spring semester. View detailed application requirements.

Although there is no formal application deadline, we do encourage students to submit their application as early as possible to provide time for their requested transcripts from other institutions to reach us at SVSU.

To complete the application, you will need the following:

1. Official undergraduate & graduate transcripts (if applicable) from all institutions attended, demonstrating a minimum GPA of 3.0.
2. Two (2) letters of recommendation that address competence and the ability of the applicant to complete the MBA program.
3. Resume or CV
4. Statement of purpose
5. Statement of relevant work experience & professional achievements if applicable
6. Results of the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) from students whose native language is not English
