- Apply to SVSU and complete your SVSU enrollment process (register for classes)
- Once registered for courses, McLaren Health Care employees must submit the “Educational Assistance Application Agreement Form” to your local McLaren Human Resources Department. This form is located on the McLaren Health Care Intranet under Human Resources/Tuition Assistance/Tuition Assistance Form.
NOTE: The "Educational Assistance Application Agreement Form" MUST be completed and submitted to Human Resources at least 3 weeks prior to course start date.
