SVSU Box Office
The SVSU Box Office provides centralized ticketing services for all programs and activities held on campus that require a ticket for admissions.
The Box Office is located in Groening Commons within Curtiss Hall across from the Malcolm Field Theatre.
Tickets can be purchased for events online or at the Box Office.
When tickets are purchased online, a link will be sent to your e-mail to either print or present as a mobile ticket(s).
The Box Office opens one hour prior to an event. We are now cashless. The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

SVSU Student Tickets
Starting in Fall of 2025 all SVSU students currently enrolled in classes can reserve a free ticket to one performance of the Theatre productions offered by the SVSU Department of Theatre. There are typically four Theatre productions, two each semester.
Yes! Tickets will be scanned at the doors before you can enter. You can visit this website for the details and dates for the upcoming Theatre productions.
Make sure you reserve the correct ticket for the date and time of the performance you plan to attend.

You can visit our ticketing website to reserve your free ticket. Select the performance, date, and time you’d like to see and enter your student ID number when prompted. Make sure to leave off any leading zeros from your ID number. You will receive an email with your ticket that you can save to your apple wallet or print out to present at the door for the performance you selected.

We recommend reserving your tickets early to ensure you get a ticket. Tickets are limited based on the performance space. If the performance time you want to see sells out, you’ll have to reserve a ticket for a different date and time.
SVSU hosts many external events in the Theatre and Recital Hall that may have tickets available to the general public. You will need to purchase a ticket to attend those events. As an SVSU student you can reserve one ticket to one performance within a run of a production put on by the Theater Department.
