Ryan Pelletier is graduating with his own product and company. Utilizing donor-funded resources, the SVSU Product Innovation Lab, and expert SVSU faculty, Ryan was able to develop the innovative Morphite Board!

Moot Court Students Excel

Ranked as one of the top 10 moot court programs in the nation, SVSU’s moot court team is putting in the hours and showing their commitment to success. Building upon critical skills as members of this program, these students are preparing for futures as leaders in their communities.

Shaun Johnson found direction and grew as a leader while attending SVSU. Now as Senior VP & General Counsel at Consumers Energy, he is helping to promote clean energy in Michigan.

Scholarships and leadership opportunities enabled these Cardinals to develop as servant leaders

SVSU alumni Jesse Place, Dr. Jordan Place, and Dr. Thomas Taugher work to empower medical professionals in Haiti through their non-profit Project Piti Pami. In partnership with the Haiti Medical Project, they promote community wellness through service, advocacy, and education.

Students who interrupt their education are only ½ as likely to complete a degree

Over 1 million Michiganders have some college education, but no degree. Most earn less $ than those with degrees and are more likely to default on student loans. Earning that degree matters and donor-funded scholarships pave the way!
