Eco Cardinals is a group of students who aim to educate the SVSU community about the environmental sustainability resources that exist and the best way to use it. They also serve as a focus group on what our students need in terms of education and resources.
Eco Cardinal members are SVSU students that are genuinely interested in health and well-being of the SVSU community and it's citizens. Our members come from different academic backgrounds. The degree they are pursing does not matter as much as having a general interest in educating peers.
Students who are interested can fill out an application and turn it into the Office of Student Wellness Programs in Doan 105 to get the process started. If you have any questions, please contact Cortney Heileman, Coordinator of Peer Health Education at 989-964-2292 or cmheilem@svsu.edu, or contact our Peer Health Education office at healthed@svsu.edu.
