--Timing: we will mark the time you start and end the scavenger hunt

- Indian fish cutlets: from the southern part of India, Kerala
- Recipe/ingredients:
--1 can of tuna
--1 small onion
--1 potato
--half inch ginger
--salt and pepper
--cayenne pepper
--Lime juice
--1 egg
-- cup of breadcrumbs
- How to make the fish cutlets
--Drain the oil from the tuna and keep it aside
--Finely chop the onions and the ginger
--Add oil to a pan and sautee the ginger and onions on low heat until golden brown
--Once golden brown, add some cyenne, salt, pepper, splash of lime juice and a pinch of tumeric, then mix them all together
--Add the tuna to the mix and sautee it on low heat for 3 minutes
--Sprinkle some finley chopped cilantro (optional) to the mix and set it aside to cool
--Peel and boil the potato until ready to be mashed
--Add mashed potatoes to the tuna and mix them thoroughly
--Form it into any shape you would like
--In a bowl, beat an egg and in another bowl, add your breadcrumbs
--Dip the cutlet into the beaten egg and then dip that into the breadcrumbs
--In a pan, add enough oil to deep fry the cutlets on medium heat, until it turns golden brown
