The MPH program at SVSU consists of 30 credits of required courses. The curriculum includes a Public Health Field Experience and Capstone Project.

A final grade point average of 3.00 is required for graduation. No credit toward graduation is granted for courses with grades below “C”. A student may be dismissed from the program if the cumulative GPA falls below 3.00 after 12 credits have been accumulated at SVSU.

The minimum number of credits that must be completed at SVSU within the MPH curriculum is 24.

NOTE: Students who are interested in learning the essentials of healthcare administration may also complete the Health Administration Leadership Certificate.
