Tutored Available in Social Science & General Education

"What is Social Science?"

Sometimes students think, "I'm not taking Social Science!" Actually, every student at SVSU will take multiple Social Science courses, especially during their first two years. At SVSU's Center for Academic Achievement (CAA), Social Science Tutoring encompasses most of our General Education and Arts & Humanities Courses. So, if you are taking Communication, History, Geography, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology or even an introductory art or music course, our tutors can help! We offer free tutoring to all SVSU students. Our trained, peer tutors can help with course work, share test-taking tips, show ways to improve study skills, and offer strategies for reading complex, college level texts. Stop in and see us!
