Saginaw Valley State University is implementing various measures to limit visitors to campus during the COVID-19 pandemic. These measures are intended to combat the spread of the virus within the campus community. The Conference Center (TCC), as one such measure to limit the number of visitors to campus, will only consider and schedule events and activities that provide critical support to the mission of the University.
Virtual meetings are encouraged.
Visitors to the university are expected to abide by the University’s face covering and social distancing guidelines and perform a health screening prior to arrival on campus (policies found at www.svsu.edu/nest).
Visitors, for purposes of this policy, are defined as non-students, non-faculty and non-staff.
Below are general guidelines for the Scheduling Policy.
Phase A: Any Stay Home Stay Safe Governor Executive Order (EO)
Phase B: Reduced Stay Home Stay Safe Restrictions/SVSU Health & Safety Policies and Guidelines in effect
Phase C: Normal University Operations
Note: This Policy does not apply to Guest/Visitor Policy for Residential Facilities.
