“New Expectations for a Safer Tomorrow” — NEST

Planning for a successful fall semester with a flexible instructional model — on campus, online or a combination of both.

This fall, SVSU plans to be fully open and operational, with dedicated faculty and staff preparing for all the requirements necessary to do so safely across academics and campus activities.

We are excited to have our SVSU community back together again!

SVSU's small class sizes, caring faculty and staff, and modern housing and academic facilities allow for opportunities to make the adjustments necessary for welcoming students back to campus safely this fall. One thing that will not change is the high quality of education you expect from us.

Even with our best efforts, we may find continued disruption from COVID-19. SVSU's proactive response is the Cardinal NEST Plan, which defines how the university community will manage new expectations that prioritize the health, safety and education of students, faculty and staff.
