As a licensed attorney, Marilyn Skrocki is a member of the Michigan Bar Association and holds membership in the Health Law Section of the Michigan State Bar Association. Dr. Skrocki earned her law degree from Thomas Cooley Law School with a concentration in Administration. She holds master’s degrees in business and information systems management, earning Advanced Studies Certificate in Information Security & Networking Management and an Advanced Studies Certificate in Management Tools & Techniques. Marilyn has clinical experience as a certified radiology technologist and health care administration experience within the areas of risk management, corporate compliance, and legal affairs. She has worked as a private practice attorney for a firm that specialized in defending medical malpractice litigation.

Dr. Janalou Blecke is Professor and immediate past Dean of the Crystal M. Lange College of Health & Human Services. Dr. Blecke has a wide range of experience as nurse, educator, and community builder; especially in projects involving partnerships with health care, human service, and other community organizations. Her partnership project focus has been to increase the level of preparation of health care professionals so as to provide a more educated work force who will enhance quality of care. Recognized for her work as educator and leader both within and outside the university, her focus as nurse and educator is community health and organizational leadership; whereas, as community builder, her focus is on identifying and mobilizing assets to build capacity at all levels.

Christine Noller, J.D., L.L.M earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Dietetics from Michigan State University and her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Master of Laws in Taxation (L.L.M.) from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School specializing in taxation of non-profit organizations and health care regulation. Her healthcare leadership and administrative experience includes operations and service line management in anesthesia services, wound services, surgical specialists, orthopedics, spine and rehabilitation and occupational health. She practiced law in the area of Workers' Compensation. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Health Care Section and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
