If you're planning to submit your application for federal aid, please submit your FAFSA application online. The earlier you get your FAFSA submitted, the better. FAFSA forms are available starting October 1. Each academic year will need a FAFSA form. An academic year starts in Fall and goes through the following summer. Example: The academic year 2021-2022 will include the Fall 2021 - Summer 2022 semesters.
If you have recently completed your bachelor's degree, you'll need to update your FAFSA form to reflect your new academic level.
Graduate students are eligible to apply for private scholarships through SVSU. Submitting a single application will have you considered for all SVSU's private scholarships you qualify for, based upon your responses to the questions.
Finally, if your education will be self-funded, consider one of SVSU's payment plans to break your tuition bill into a series of interest-free installments.
We can not wait for you to get started with your graduate program or teacher certification courses! To make sure you are on the right track with course registration and program completion, it is important for you to connect with your program coordinator or advisor.
