The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader is a mastermind designed to prepare Youth with leadership abilities for success in all that they pursue, in and beyond school. This mastermind teaches Youth to build personal qualities to take responsibility for themselves and their actions, express themselves, and handle problems and decisions when they arise, and lead themselves first.
