The BBA Management program provides students with a theoretical and practical foundation for effective and responsible leadership in both entrepreneurial and established business enterprises. It emphasizes fundamental elements of business, such as, financial management, accounting, human resources management, supply chain management, marketing, strategic planning and management, and the legal and ethical guidelines crucial for operating businesses effectively. The program develops students’ business acumen and provides them with opportunities to hone their personal leadership, teamwork, problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills. 

Graduates of the BBA Management program qualify for entry-level positions in a variety of industries and settings including private companies, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. Typical entry-level job titles include management trainee, management analyst, customer service manager, branch manager, human resources manager, loan officers, financial manager, credit analyst, and securities analyst.
