Using Turnitin.com
To support its goal to promote academic integrity, SVSU has a site license with Turnitin.com. Faculty who wish to use the service should email Diane Boehm or call x. 7228 for the account ID and password.
The Turnitin.com website offers an Instructor Quickstart that provides step-by-step information on how to get started. Once instructors have created a user profile, they will be asked if they want to use the Instructor Startup Wizard. Turnitin recommends that all new users use the Wizard to set up their first class and assignment.
The Turnitin.com website offers a Student Quickstart that provides step-by-step instructions for submitting a paper to Turnitin. Each class will have a course ID and password assigned by the course instructor.
