Other General Guidelines

NOTE: The author/artist may enter only one (1) piece into each category.

It is the responsibility of the author/artist to ensure the presentation is performance
ready. This means that any additional equipment (laptops, musical instruments,
speakers, etc.) must be in working order and ready to go, and all materials need for
the presentation (written material, music, CDs, etc.) are present during the time of
the performance.  Work that has previously won a campus award is not eligible.
