Please print attach this completed form to your work and submit to the professor you have asked to nominate your work. Work must be submitted in both print and disk versions (MS Word 2000 or Word Perfect 9) to be eligible for judging. Fields are in place for your convenience. Please complete them before printing. This form may not be submitted online as a signature is required. Submissions must be made by March 11, 2008.

The Ruth & Ted Braun Awards for Writing Excellence have been established to create incentives for outstanding student writing and opportunities for student writers to be recognized and published.* The Braun Awards will recognize exemplary writing in the 9 Award Categories listed below.
