Valley Film Society
The Valley Film Society of SVSU is an independent, non-profit organization devoted to bringing the best in classic and contemporary films to the Tri-city area. VFS is operated entirely by volunteers and is supported by membership dues, private contributions (tax deductible), and, in the past, by grants from the Saginaw Community Foundation, SVSU Student Government, SVSU Campus Activities Office, and the Dean of the College of Arts and Behavioral Sciences.
The season's program is chosen by the membership at the annual Spring film selection meeting.
A full-season membership offers 17 admissions to all 15 films during the season. The 17 admissions may be used in any way the member likes. Memberships are available by mail or at the door before any VFS screening. Membership cards may be picked up at any film screening.
If you want to see reviews of any film in our program you can visit the Internet Movie Database
